B2B Customer Service & Ordering Guide
Our customer service team helps distributors, agencies, brands and corporate buyers prepare custom textile projects for Europe, the USA and worldwide destinations. Start with your product idea and the information below so we can review a clear brief.

Before You Request a Quote
Tell us the product category, quantity by style and color, size range, preferred fabric and delivery destination. Add your logo, reference images or technical pack if available. If the event or launch date is fixed, include the date the goods must arrive.
For repeat programs, share the approved specifications you need to match. For a new project, describe the intended use and budget direction. The team can then discuss the relevant material, branding and production options.
Artwork & Branding
Supply your clearest logo file and specify the intended placement and dimensions. Include brand colors and any rules for minimum clear space or logo use. Embroidery, printing, labels and packaging should be considered together when developing the final product.
Samples & Approvals
Discuss the sampling scope before production. Sample availability, charges and timing depend on the product and project. Review fit, construction, color, artwork and label details, then keep changes in a written approval record.
International Delivery Planning
Share the destination country and postcode, required arrival date and packing instructions. Transport arrangements, shipping costs and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation. If you have an appointed forwarder or a particular delivery requirement, include it in your enquiry.
Common Ordering Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product, fabric, colors, decoration and construction. Send your quantity breakdown to receive project-specific guidance.
Can I order garments with my own brand?
Private label and OEM projects can include custom fabrics, measurements, logo applications, labels and packaging. Share your requirements so the team can review feasibility.
Can you confirm a fixed production time?
A schedule can only be confirmed after the specification, material availability, quantity and approval steps have been reviewed. Include your target delivery date with the first enquiry.
What if my project requires certificates or tests?
Send the exact requirements before ordering. Availability must be confirmed for the selected product and materials; a sample image or product category is not evidence of certification.
How do I ask about an existing order?
Email sales@zatexpromo.com with your company name, quotation or order reference and the details of your request. Include relevant photos or documents where useful.

Customer Service for an Ongoing Program
For multi-location orders, prepare one product list with the quantities required at each destination. Explain whether the goods need to be packed by garment, size, employee or branch. Your customer service enquiry should distinguish the initial order from any possible replenishment so the team can discuss the appropriate specification and packing plan.
When comparing samples, use the same written checklist for every style. Record measurements, appearance, decoration position, label details and any changes requested by your team. For care-label discussions, consult the GINETEX care-symbol guide and confirm the instructions appropriate to the finished product. Share the consolidated feedback with customer service rather than sending conflicting revisions from several departments.
